I like to use my houseplants to help me with my grounding especially during the winter. Sitting with them during meditations and putting my hands in the dirt (not enough to disturb the plant), but I find that it helps me get centered again. Super simple I know, but the effects really help when you feel unbalanced. I also enjoy burning sage to cleanse our home. You can feel the uplift it gives. I need to do more work with plants and herbs, but this is pretty much it at the moment. I hope this answers your question.
